Medical Benefits
BitWise Solutions, Inc provides a comprehensive medical plan, assuring employees a cost-effective and quality health plan. BitWise Solutions and employees share the cost of employee and dependent health care coverage. BitWise Solutions offers health coverage through Advantage Health Solutions.
Dental & Vision Benefits
BitWise Solutions, Inc offers dental and vision care through Companion Life.
Healthcare Reimbursement Arrangement
BitWise Solutions, Inc will reimburse defined out of pocket cost after incurred by employee.
Paid Time Off
Vacation/Personal Absence/Sick Time
Exempt employees receive a predetermined number of days of paid vacation per year. If an employee doesn’t use all vacation time, three (3) days may be carried over to the next year.
Eligible employees may accrue up to 40 hours per year of personal absence/sick time.
Holidays
BitWise Solutions provides 9 paid holidays each year including one floating holiday (your birthday). Our office will close for the following holidays:
- New Year’s Day
- Good Friday
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving (2 days)
- Christmas Day

Retirement
Simple IRA
BitWise Solutions, Inc offers a Simple IRA plan to all employees on the first day of employment. The Company offers a dollar to dollar match up to 3% and the account is fully vested.

Tuition Reimbursement
The tuition reimbursement program is a benefit made available to full-time employees with prior approval from your supervisor and the office administrator.
Computer Purchase Program
The computer purchase program is offered by the company to aid the employees in purchasing a computer for personal use. The plan allows the company to purchase the computer (up to $1,500 value) and the employee pays back the expense over time via payroll deduction
